Its working! I remembered to try setting the executable to Windows 95 compatibility and combat now runs flawlessly (15 attempts)

I loved the Betrayal games when they were first released and would love to complete them again. Sadly I'm still trapped by the combat crash, but its fantastic to see someone at work on making Antara playable once more.
