Hi,

The file is a windows installer... simply run and it will install.

You do not need to copy files anywhere.

Hi,

Try running dxdiag (C:\Windows\System32\dxdiag.exe)

Check the DirectX Version on the System tab and check the DirectX Features section on the Display tab.
