When anyone has contributed to an installer I add an acknowledgment section to the read me. I can add whatever name you wish and whatever description of your efforts you want.

You do not use the original installer at all. Close that out. just double click the MSI file that you downloaded.

Stick CD1 in your drive and run the MSI file you downloaded from here, not the original setup.
