Windowed mode?

Hi!

1) I would like to run Larry 7 in windowed mode. Is this possible?

2) When i activate the "Boss!" feature, how do i return to the game? Just selecting it in the taskbar won't make it show up.

How do I set the MAC version of KQ3 to go into windowed mode, not full screen mode?
