Crash at the beginning

I was so happy to play this, but unfotunatly i've errors when i take page's from the doctor. audio file format error. This is too frustrating. Can somebody help me? I'm running it on vista in a laptop.

after testing the english installation, it works while reading the page. My french version can't play the voice of the professor.
