I am running windows 7 sp1 and firstly installed the installer , I installed the game using the modified image file and when I try to play the game ,It asks for the cd to be inserted.
So far I have been unable to find the config file to tell it the cd drive letter. Can anyone help

You do not need to do anything with the installer before hand. Just download the installer, put the CD in your drive and run the installer.
